The qualifiers begin in July of each year running for 6 months consecutively.
Players must have a nomination presented to the World Snooker Association allowing them to play.
Australia has nominated Shawn after his recent success of winning the Australian, South Pacific & Oceania titles in the last 6 months. In addition to these Shawn has also won the Fred Osborne snooker tournament in Albury/Wodonga 2 years in a row.
Any interest in Sponsorship/donations will be greatly appreciated with all donations going to a trust fund for the travel & living expenses for the time spent in England.
